About Us
Sunrise-Amanecer is a nonprofit 501(c)(3), community organization that provides essential services for some of the most vulnerable and underserved populations in Hampden and Hampshire counties.
Here at Sunrise-Amanecer, we strive to identify isolated, ill, and traumatized individuals who are in need of intervention, advocacy, and assistance. We provide support in an atmosphere of compassion, dignity, and respect, while building self-esteem, confidence, and hope for a better future.
