Transportation
We provide transportation to medical appointments and, if authorized by the member’s insurance company, transportation to places for personal necessities (i.e., grocery store, pharmacy, medical supply store, etc.).
Emergency Assistance
During times of crisis or natural disasters, Sunrise-Amanecer provides assistance for those in need of emergency aid. Whether it’s connecting someone to the right organization or providing meals, clothing, or personal items, we work to make sure their basic needs are met.
Language Interpretation
We offer English — Spanish medical interpretation services. All of our interpreters are certified medical interpreters. We can often make referrals for those needing interpretation for a language other than Spanish.
Outreach Programs
Throughout the year, we provide a variety of social outreach programs ranging from art therapy programs for kids and teens to social justice workshops for adults. We work in tandem with other nonprofits and our trusted network to execute these programs.
